Micah Hyde Invests in Downtown Fostoria

The former Fostoria High School All-Ohioan and NFL Free Safety for the Green Bay Packers and Buffalo Bills looks to continue to expand Fostoria’s downtown. As of right now, Hyde has purchased the Foster Block building at the intersection of Main and Tiffin streets. There are currently six businesses within the building, with Hyde hoping to fill out the last two vacancies.

Hyde went on this business venture to bring something to the residents. The timetable to get things up and running is a toss-up, but Hyde would like to have the storefronts ready to be used by the end of the year. That is just for the first floor of the building while the second and third floors are being renovated and will take a couple of years to complete.

Hyde is eyeing the second and third floors for his IMAGINE Foundation to use as apartment spaces. Where the foundation’s goal is to better the lives of children’s wellness.
