Island Safe Harbor Animal Sanctuary Saves The Unwanted! Fundraiser Coming This Sunday

Island Safe Harbor Animal Sanctuary has rescued over 6,300 dogs since they opened. Most of the animals are older, maybe coming from sad circumstances, illness and abandonment. Alexann Reno joined Keith to talk about ISHAS and the wonderful work that they do...all by donations. They just completed a fundraiser where the dogs painted on their own canvas. Pet-safe paints were used. The dogs used their paws, noses etc to paint. Alexann talked about the Annual Chili Cook Off coming up this Sun Oct 8 2p-4p and Cleats Sports Bar in Marblehead-Lakeside.
