The Gliding Stars of Findlay will be hosting their 13th annual ice show “Let’s go to the Movies” on Sunday, March 16, 2014 at the “Cube” in Findlay, OH.  The program begins at 2:30 pm.

Gliding Stars is an adaptive ice skating program and first came to Findlay in November of 2000. The program uses adaptive equipment such as walkers and skates to help individuals with special needs, our Stars, the opportunity to skate.  The Stars participate in weekly lessons and are paired up with trained volunteers under the direction of skilled skating instructors.

The ice show will feature 58 Stars from Hancock County and the surrounding area.

Tickets for the ice show can be purchased in advance from Gliding Stars Parents or from Integrity Salon 117 West Sandusky Street. Tickets cost $5.00 for children 10 and under, pre-sale adult tickets are $7.00, and adult tickets day of the show is $10.00.

At the ice show we will be raffling off 10 movie theme baskets valued over $500.00.  Tickets for the baskets are 6 for $5.00. You do not need to be present to win.
