Tiffin Police found 15-year-old Savannah Kipps-Lucius. On Sunday, the Tiffin Police posted on their Facebook page saying Kipps-Lucius was last seen leaving her home on Greeley Street at 8:30 p.m. with a blanket and stuffed animal with no cellphone.
