American Red Cross Babysitter Training Class

Babysitter's Training Class teaches young people how to care for infants and children, handle emergencies, recognize safety and hygiene issues, and communicate with parents. It also provides materials to help them begin their babysitting career including a compact emergency reference guide, an interactive CD-ROM featuring an activity booklet, an electronic client organizer, and much more. A celebration of freedom and the Emancipation Proclamation. Guest Speakers, music, crafts, dance performances, storytime for children and a soul food dinner. EXPLORING LIFE'S CHANGES, TIFFIN

Community Hospice Care of Tiffin and Hospice of Wyandot County are teaming up to bring you "Exploring Life's Changes" summer grief camp, June 18th-21st. A group of professionals and trained volunteers will lead individuals and groups in activities designed to help kids express themselves, process their feelings as they relate to their loss, and develop coping skills, all while having fun! Snacks and lunch are provided. Day Camp is for anyone ages 5-15 who has experienced a significant loss. There is a $15 fee to help cover camp costs, however tuition assistance is available.
