From 7:00PM to 8:30PM

Join artist, naturalist and HPD volunteer Sharon Hammer Baker for a workshop that will explore nature journaling techniques, including observation skills, sketching, drawing, painting and writing. Work from live and mounted wildlife as well as fresh and collected materials from the parks to enhance your experience. Participants should bring their own sketch book and drawing supplies on Thursday, May 21 from 7-8:30 PM at the Oakwoods Nature Preserve, inside the Discovery Center. This is a free public program that is ideal for teens and adults; registration is not required. The Oakwoods Nature Preserve, “Doc” Phillips Discovery Center is located at 1400 Oakwoods Lane, off West Sandusky Street, off CR 144, west of Findlay.
