WHO: American Red Cross of Hancock County WHAT: Babysitter Training Class WHEN: Monday, February 16, 2015 9:00am-4:30pm WHERE: American Red Cross 125 Fair Street in Findlay WHY: Red Cross Babysitter Training teaches young people ages 11 to 15 the knowledge and skills they need to care for young children. Topics covered during the training include: The business of babysitting, understanding and caring for kids 0-10, safety skills, holding, feeding and diapering infants and toddlers. Students receive materials that are useful both during the course and when they start babysitting, including a compact emergency reference guide, an interactive CD-ROM featuring an activity booklet, resume and business card templates, safety inspection checklist and more.
