Keepsake Holiday Ornaments-Remember a loved one, honor someone special, celebrate a special occasion or achievement with a personalized star-shaped glass ornament by glass artisan Jim Maxwell. Order forms available at ProMedica Hospital Reception desk, gift shop, or by calling Lynn Reino at 419-436-6659. To insure delivery by Christmans place your order by December 10th. You will be notified when your ornaments are ready for pick up at the hospital gift shop. A minimum donation of $20 per ornament may be made payable to the ProMedica Fostoria Community Hospital Auxiliary. Proceeds from the program will benefit Auxiliary projects in support of the mission of ProMedica Fostoria Community Hospital.
