Springs Baby Ducks Join Program Assistant, Chris Allen, and learn more about Springs Baby Ducks and our Wee Ones in the Park. It will be held on be Monday, May 19, at 10am and 1pm. The program is designed for toddlers three and under with an adult companion. This program is held at the Oakwood’s Nature Preserve, Discovery Center, and will include a story, craft, and activities with baby ducks. Nothing is more fascinating than watching a mother duck teach her little ones to swim and dabble in the water. Children will get a chance to feel that soft, fuzzy little duck and find out what he like to eat, where he likes to sleep and much more. Life will be a ducky day in the park for our Wee Ones. The Oakwoods Nature Preserve, “Doc” Phillips Discovery Center is located at 1400 Oakwoods Lane, off West Sandusky Street, off CR 144 west of Findlay.
