WOOD CO. HISTORICAL MUSEUM, BG

On Friday, May 9, Suzi Parron, author of “Barn Quilts and the American Quilt Trail Movement” will be at the Wood County Historical Museum for a brown-bag lunch, program, and book signing. Lunch starts at noon with Suzi’s program starting at 12:30 and the book signing following. The event is free, but RSVPs are appreciated by responding to this email or calling 419-352-0967. The Museum will also be open for self-guided tours of the new 4-H exhibit and the new Quilt exhibit in the new gallery space. Sticking with this quilt theme, we are proud to be one stop on the Wood County 4-H Quilt Square Trail. Brochures are available at the Museum and the 4-H Office to tour the twenty quilt squares painted on barns and buildings around the County. The Wood County Historical Museum is located at 13660 County Home Road in Bowling Green.

Riverdale Soundsation Cabaret

Riverdale Soundsation, the competition show choir from Riverdale High School, will be presenting their end-of-the-year performance at the Russell E. Willeke Auditorium in the Central Office Building at the Riverdale Local Schools Campus on May 9th and 10th at 7 pm. Tickets will be sold at the door for $6.00 for all adults and $4.00 for all students/senior citizens. Students will be performing individual and group acts, along with their award-winning competition show and a brand-new Cabaret show.
