Findlay Trojan Marching Band Car Show
The FTMB is hosting a fundraising car show to help the band on their way to San Diego. All proceeds benifit the band 100%. SMITHSONIAN TRAVELING JOURNEY STORIES, BG
The Wood County Historical Center is pleased to host the Smithsonian traveling exhibit "Journey Stories", August 10th through September 15th at the Wood County Historical Museum, 13660 County Home Road in Bowling Green. ULTIMATE DOGPAWLOOZA, RIVERBEND REC. AREA
Bring the family to a funfilled weekend with the Ultimate Air Dog Show, a premier dock jumping organization, area vendors and food. A 2 mile dog walk will kick off the event on Saturday at 9:30am. FALL DISC GOLF TOURNAMENT, HPD, FINDLAY
Riverbend Recreation Area, Shelter #3 - Test your competitive disc golf skills by the light of the moon at this day/night tournament presented by the Findlay area Disc Golf Community Association. Prizes awarded to half the field in each division. Two single rounds of disc golf will be played. Round #2 will be played after dark with glow sticks lighting baskets and discs. Prizes awarded for longest putt and closest to the pin. The entry fee is $20. Onsite registration begins at 2:30pm. THE FOSTORIA AREA HISTORICAL SOCIETY IS RAFFLING OFF 2 TICKETS FOR THE OHIO STATE PENN STATE FOOTBALL GAME ON OCTOBER 26TH AT OHIO STADIUM IN COLUMBUS. TICKETS ARE $3 EACH OR 2 FOR $5. (PARKING NOT INCLUDED) IN ADDITION, THERE WILL BE TWO OTHER PRIZES. THE SECOND PRIZE WILL BE A 1958 ROSE BOWL PROGRAM (OHIO STATE VS OREGON) THE THIRD PLACE PRIZE IS A COPY OF THE NEW DVD, THE HISTORY OF FOSTORIA, VOLUME 1, WHICH WILL BE RELEASED 9/17.
